Still pedalling
Just random shots of the various places, thes are all scale models of actual places in Thailand, so you can ac tually see most major historical places in less than a day albeit in scale
These sign board were beside each exhibit about the only concession to english.
While we cycled the american had a golf cart and two guides, we thought we would follow them and get a free tour but they were very slow and it got boring
Still pedalling, the bikes were easy to pedal as the whole park is flat but the seats were the most uncomfortable we had ever sat on
AS the Ancient City is roughly in the shape of Thailand we can roughly say we cycled around Thailand
Random shot..........it was really too hot to take a lot of notice..............we regreted our decision not to take the golf buggy
Ancient City
There were a lot of water features but it didn't help much
Ancient City
The intricate wok involved in replicae things hundreds of years old was quite amazing
Ancient City
It just shows Jan can take a back seat but not for long
This is 150 ton 3 headed elephant built by the same people as the ancient city, but due to the sun I couldn't get a decnet shot
The elephant stands on top of this rotunda in side there is various antiques of various eras. They ran tours every half hour explaing the idea behind the building, its was very informative and funny judging by the reactions of the above members of the tour...........unfortunately in was all in Thai so it meant nothing to us
Inside the second level
Its out of order but
The best shot I got, this thing is huge.

This is the end o Thailand we go to Cambodia tomorrow, if we have wifi these will continue, otherwise it will be when we get back.

We went to Ari for dinner and were the only round eyes in the area, the whole cooking staff came out to watch us eat
