Muri Lagoon - Rarotonga
Fish in the lagoon
Strange creatures under the boat
Water is about seven feet deep
Snorkelling in Muri lagoon
It's that merman again
Coming up for air
Muri lagoon, coral and reef
So many beautiful fish
You don't get aquaria like this at home
View through the boat
Tough job - eh ?
The colours are real
Great entertainers and so happy in their work
Rarotonga has a few resorts like the Muri Lagoon Hotel in the background
Chris on Kormiri Island beach
Koromiri island catering
Inside the lagoon, this island is used for native weddings
it's the orange hut in the background
Roll up and I'll show you how to handle a coconut
Sharp stick - Coconut - Bash down - Husk off
Cap'n pointing out the nether regions of a coconut
Quayside stalls at Rarotonga
The ship was anchored at the bow but had to keep engines running all day to keep in position. This is as close as she could get although there is 7,000 m of water under her stern
Not very bright ? The clothes that is.
Really lovely people too. Bought a little something for Penny here.
Lovely wooden boat alongside shelter for weary Balck Watch passengers awaiting the tender.
