The park is the oldest and southernmost park in Taiwan and was established on January 1, 1984. It is located near Kenting on a bay a short distance from Taiwan's southernmost tip. The park is famous for its coral reef cliffs.

With a wide range of grassland, Longpan Park is lying between Route 26 and the Pacific Ocean, and is a spacious place for visitors to watch the sunrise, sunset, and the stars. As a coral limestone tableland, Longpan Park is rich in slumping cliffs, and caves.

At Sea-Hi mountain, we can enjoy the Pacific view. However, here is windy and cloudy in winter. In Sea-Hi, there are some public hot spring spots and private luxury villas for staying.
